Failed J1939 CAN Comm Base Controller/Charger

J1939 CAN communication failure between the base controller and the battery charger.

Possible causes

Damaged CAN network cable between components
Missing or damaged CAN termination resistor
Loss of power to the charger
Internal communication failure in the charger

Recommended actions

Check continuity of the CAN wiring harness
Ensure the charger has 12V power supply
Measure CAN network resistance (should be ~60 ohms)
Check connectors for bent pins or moisture
