I/O Controller to Application Controller Com Failure

Critical communication failure between I/O controller and application controller.

Possible causes

Poor contact in ribbon cables or data jumpers
Power failure on one of the electronic boards
Severe electrical interference
Defective application controller

Recommended actions

Power down unit and reseat all board connectors
Measure supply voltages on both controllers
Verify ground wires and communication shielding
Replace controller if error persists after reboot
