Failure in the evaporator coil inlet temperature sensor (CR).

Possible causes

Defective inlet sensor
Sensor wires damaged by vibration
Moisture in the sensor connector
Problem with the controller input port

Recommended actions

Physically inspect sensor at the evaporator
Measure Ohms and compare with TK chart
Check harness for potential rubbing/chafing
Replace sensor if reading is erratic
