Possible causes

Defective HPCO switch
Dangerously high discharge pressure
HPCO switch wiring disconnected or shorted
Inoperative condenser fan

Recommended actions

Check discharge pressures with gauges
Check HPCO switch continuity
Clean condenser and verify airflow
Replace switch if it trips at normal pressures
