Possible causes

Error in superheat control logic
Defective C3 suction sensor
EEV valve mechanical failure

Recommended actions

Check connections for EEV number 2 in C3
Verify pipe temperature sensors
Restart system and run Pre-Trip
Replace valve or sensor according to result
