The system failed to perform internal vacuum (Pump Down) within the established time.

Possible causes

Leaking liquid line solenoid valve
Damaged compressor valve plates
Excessive refrigerant charge

Recommended actions

Check liquid solenoids for tight shut-off
Perform compressor efficiency test
Check refrigerant and moisture levels
