Failure in solenoid valve 4 (SV4) circuit.

Possible causes

Open or shorted SV4 coil
Poor ground connection
Internal APX module failure

Recommended actions

Measure SV4 coil resistance (approx. 10-20 ohms)
Clean J2 connector contacts
Replace solenoid
