Loss of communication between the main microprocessor and the communication module.

Possible causes

CAN bus failure
Communication module without power
Damaged data wiring
Incorrect bus termination

Recommended actions

Verify communications bus harness
Check module fuses
Measure CAN bus resistance (60 ohms)
Perform full system reset
