EES Filter Inlet Temp

Error in the temperature sensor signal at the DPF filter inlet.

Possible causes

Defective temperature sensor
Open circuit in wiring
Sulphated connector
Localized exhaust overheating

Recommended actions

Measure sensor resistance (Ohms)
Clean and tighten sensor connector
Inspect wires for burn marks
Compare reading with outlet sensor
