Possible causes

Mechanical valve stuck or blocked
Short circuit in stepper motor coil
Internal moisture in valve motor
Damaged wiring rubbing against chassis

Recommended actions

Measure valve coil resistance
Inspect STP1 motor wires for damage
Attempt unit reset to recalibrate
Replace stepper motor or valve if stuck
