Loss of communication between the main microprocessor and the CCB4 board.

Possible causes

Damaged or disconnected CAN bus cable
Lack of power to the CCB4 board
Blown fuse
Internal failure of the CCB4 board

Recommended actions

Verify system power fuses
Check CAN bus wiring integrity
Measure input voltage at CCB4
Restart microprocessor and verify reconnection
