No Comm From Micro to CCB1

No communication between the microprocessor and Compartment Control Board 1 (CCB1).

Possible causes

Interrupted CAN bus cable to CCB1
Power failure on CCB1 board
Internal CCB1 hardware failure

Recommended actions

Check signal connectors on evaporator 1 board
Verify fuses supplying the CCB1 controller
Measure data line resistance
Replace CCB1 board
