The output configuration for Input Board 1 has been lost or is invalid.

Possible causes

Software error or corrupt firmware
Damaged board EEPROM memory
Incorrect configuration upload

Recommended actions

Attempt to factory reset the microprocessor
Update APX unit software
Manually reconfigure parameters if possible
Replace INPBD1 board if it does not hold configuration
