Possible causes

Defective suction sensor
Loss of transducer data communication
Loss of refrigerant charge (false reading)

Recommended actions

Check suction transducer input/output voltages
Inspect cables for cuts or wear
Validate actual pressure with mechanical gauges
Replace pressure transducer if necessary
