The unit is in electric mode but detects no power input from the external grid.

Possible causes

Improperly connected power cord
Tripped charging station circuit breaker
Burnt plug or socket
Equipment power transformer failure

Recommended actions

Secure connection at both ends of the cord
Check main wall/station switch
Switch to Diesel mode to protect cargo
Measure voltage at electric contactor input
