Failure in fuses F2 or F3 which control vital accessory power circuits.

Possible causes

Short circuit in evaporator fans
Failed heating solenoid
Electrical overload in auxiliary circuits
Wiring rubbing against chassis

Recommended actions

Visually inspect F2 and F3 fuses
Measure resistance of associated solenoids
Replace fuse with correct amperage rating
Trace wires for rub-through or burnt points
